With any luck at all.

How did Mulcair end up leading the NDP in the first place when he represented the social-corporatist fringes of the NDP (i.e. pretty much overlapping with the left of the Liberal Party and even standing to the fiscal right of Trudeau)? Then again, how did Trudeau end up leading the Liberal Party when he represented the left fringes of the Liberal Party and stood to the left of even Mulcair?

Hahaha, this idiot Singh lost votes in all four by elections.

It's bye bye NDs till they get rid of Singh.
I guess that turban didn't help his by election results, hahahaha

Oh Durry- the NDP situation is worse than you think!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are some in NDP who want an even more left wing and GOOFY out of touch leader!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is an article reminding us that Jagmeet is a supporter of Muslim religious radicals- who want to ERASE most western values and conventional civil rights!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here is another article illustrating how NDP values are being poisoned for that sake of votes. With some comments of my own in brackets):

Jagmeet Singh should denounce the niqab.

BY TAREK FATAH, TORONTO SUN.
FIRST POSTED: TUESDAY, AUGUST 29, 2017 05:10 PM EDT | UPDATED: TUESDAY, AUGUST 29, 2017 05:15 PM EDT

Federal NDP leadership contender Jagmeet Singh may never have heard of Dr. Nawal El Saadawi, an Egyptian author and the country’s leading women's rights activist.

Had Singh read El Saadawi or any other progressive Muslim women among the world’s one billion Muslims - like Britain’s Yasmin Ali-Bhai Brown or Pakistan’s UN Rapporteur on Human Rights, Asma Jahangir - he would perhaps not have made the absurd claim that defending the niqab was, as he told the Toronto Star, showing “solidarity with Muslim Canadians who may feel targeted by legislation on religious clothing.”

An orthodox Sikh, Singh made the absurd claim that those who oppose medieval face masks -niqab or burka- were contributing to Islamophobia..

(I suggest that Cdns do not really care much what Muslim women wear in public- if they want to cover themselves in a sack I guess its their business- and in an age where skin cancer is a rising danger, being covered like that might even be a good thing? The Cdn beef is that Muslims refuse to remove the sack at critical times- such as when testifying in court or at citzenship ceremonies are at airport security checks where verified identity is critical. There was even a case of a Montreal Muslim student who refused to show her ears so her college prof could verify she was not wearing ear phones suitable for cheating on the test she was scheduled to write- with the prof having previously WARNED all students that such methods of cheating had been tried in the past and he intended to be vigilant against such deception in future!)

A fortnight before Singh defended the niqab as a human right of Muslim women, Egypt’s Nawal El Saadawi told a conference in Tangiers, Morocco, that far from being a human right, the niqab is just another form of tyranny.

Speaking about male guardianship, El Saadawi said, women fear divorce if they didn’t follow the commands of their husbands, but in fact, “divorce will set you free.”

(Various scholars have examined the Quran and have suggested that the Burqa is a relatively modern idea and one that is not necessarily critical to Muslim values- the burqa has apparently gone in and out of fashio in carious decades and centuries. Thus we ARE entitled to demand that the burqa be removed at times where precise identification is required!)

Calling for a change in the education of girls, she said: “There can be no tyrannical husband anywhere in the world, unless his wife enables his tyranny.”

Singh would have benefited tremendously if he had been there. He could still catch up by listening to progressive Muslim women, rather than Islamists with an anti-Western agenda.

(OH but Singh might lose votes by listening to such progressive Muslim women- ones that hard line Muslims dismiss as having bene poisoned by western style slut life!)

Closer to his own politics of the left, he should pay attention to the German Green Party parliamentarian Elkin Deligöz, a Muslim who received death threats in 2006 after urging Muslim women in Germany to take off their veils.

Deligöz, who was born in Turkey but grew up in Germany, again addressed Muslim women on this issue in a recent newspaper article, saying: “Wake up to today’s Germany. This is where you live, so take off your veils.”

(Oh great-there is the scale and scope of Muslim radical thought- that a woman born in Muslim Turkey and raised in that country where the burqa is optional- can still face death threats for urging Muslim women to behave like Turkish Muslim women! Just how twisted is the Muslim view of women? And should we expect Muslims in Turkey to start the usual sectarian violence over the lack of burqas on Turkish women? After all, Muslims do like to strike at the West but they seem to enjoy hitting at each other even more!)

Also in 2006, in Sweden, the country’s minister of integration, Nyamko Sabuni, a Muslim immigrant from Burundi, called for a ban on the niqab for girls under 15 (the Swedish age of consent).

Many Muslim groups were predictably outraged and wanted her dismissed, accusing her of being an Islamophobe.

(And this is another fine example-Swedish this time- of why Muslims are not suited to citizenship in any western country as their values make them utterly incompatible with us!)

Since then, the Islamists and their non-Muslim allies on the left have banded together to silence Muslim women and position their rights as secondary to so-called “community rights.”

And in the dark alleys of ethnoreligious, vote-bank politics, guess who leads these communities?

(It is a great example of how thoroughly LIE-berals have BOUGHT votes that they can get away with moving thousands of Muslim immigrants into a country without the female half of the country rising in RAGE at the prospect of being reduced to third class citizen status! In many places Muslim women are not allwoed to drive, not allowed to work, not allowed to go to school, not allowed even out of the house without male permission and not allowed out without a male escort! And our feminists are apparently not worried about their right under a LIE-beral/Muslim govt?)

It’s the orthodox and ultra-right wing conservative religious clergy, steeped in medievalism, who nonetheless receive political cover from their allies on the vote-hungry Left.

I suggest Singh talk to Quebec Muslim politician and former speaker Fatima Houda-Pepin, or author Djemila Benhabib. They may not be able to guarantee the Muslim vote bank in Ontario, but they will share the truth that covering a woman’s head or face is not a requirement of the Qur’an.

(Neither craven Cdn politicians nor radical Muslims wish to hear the opinions of apostate Muslim women whose minds have been poisoned by what radical Muslims refer to as Western SLUTS!)

Or perhaps Singh will listen to a fellow Sikh, Indian journalist Tavleen Singh, who once wrote: “There is a bizarre camaraderie between Godless Marxists and violently religious Islamists. … It is time for the rest of us to speak up. Time to say loudly: not in my country, not in my name. India is not an Islamic Republic and hopefully will never be, so anyone enforcing half-understood Sharia laws should be sent straight to jail.”

LILLEY: Singh rises quickly in leader approval ratings

NDP leader Jagmeet Singh and wife Gurkiran Kaur arrive for the French-language debate in Montreal, on October 2, 2019. SEBASTIEN ST-JEAN / AFP/Getty Images
It doesn’t look like either one of them will be prime minister based on how their parties are polling, but people actually like Jagmeet Singh and Elizabeth May better than either Justin Trudeau or Andrew Scheer.
Job approval ratings released to the Toronto Sun by Campaign Research show the NDP and Green leaders have higher approval ratings than the Liberal or Conservative leaders, with Singh spiking up in recent days.
Singh’s NDP may be polling at 14% voter support nationally, but his personal job approval rating jumped up to 33% in October from 22% in September.
May meanwhile has the highest job approval rating, sitting at 39% approval even though her party polls at 11%.
Maybe it’s the fact that neither one is really a threat to seize power after the October 21st vote — that surely much be a factor.
Trudeau and Scheer meanwhile sit at 31% and 29% approval respectively.
Both men also have higher negatives, with 54% saying they disapprove of the job Trudeau is doing while 47% disapprove of Scheer.
By contrast, just 25% disapprove of May and 29% disapprove of Singh.

FUREY: Here's why it's up to Jagmeet Singh to expose Trudeau's game
FUREY: Thursday's debate is Jagmeet Singh's chance to turn it around
MULCAIR: Jagmeet Singh 2.0
Singh’s impressive approval rating jump comes after a strong start to his campaign.
There were plenty of high hopes for Singh after becoming NDP leader in October 2017, but let’s be honest — he was a dud for most of that time.
He foolishly chose not to run for a seat in Parliament until February 2019. His media appearances were less than polished and he showed little of the promise he showed in the leadership race.
Over the last 17 months Campaign Research has tracked Singh’s approval rating between 16 and 24%.
Then the election campaign started and despite being underfunded and unable to criss-cross the country like Trudeau ord Scheer, Singh has performed well.
His ability to handle the media in news conferences has improved, his explanation of policy is far above what he used to be capable of, and he’s had some luck.
Singh’s honest and emotional response to the Justin Trudeau blackface incident is one of the highlights, as was his handling of the man in Montreal telling Singh to cut off his turban.
In that instance, Singh took a man who wished him well and maybe thought he was offering good advice to Singh and gently explained to him that Canadians can wear whatever they want.
It’s been a solid performance all around — he and the NDP just need to translate it into votes and hope it isn’t too little too late.
How the leaders fare
Justin Trudeau:

Jagmeet Singh:

Elizabeth May:
Approval – 39%

The poll was conducted by Campaign Research between September 30 and October 2, 2019 using the Maru/Blue Voice Canada poll. A total of 4,755 adult Canadians were polled through an online panel and were randomly selected to match age, gender and regional distributions. The poll is considered accurate within +/- 1.4 percentage points 19 times out of 20.

THE REALITY is that many FORMER LIE-berals cannot stomach Our idiot Boy and his endless display of foolishness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Naturally a former LIE-beral would NEVER vote for Andrew Scheer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And there is WAY TOO MUCH HOG GRAVY riding on this election to simply not vote!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But former LIE-berals WILL vote for the idiot cousins - meaning NDP and Greenies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once Trudope is out of the picture and the party has written a NEW BOOK OF Fake News...........................

then support for LIE-berals will return and it will be at the expense of NDP and Greenies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AS I have said before- I BET that Doug Ford will have a second term as Ontari-owe premier!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Simply because Ontari-owe LIE-berals will NOT find it easy to erase the memory of Wynne-bag .......................

IN FOUR SHORT YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then there is the ADDED DIFFICULTY of first explaining WHY so many LIE-berals supported her corruption ............................

and HOW the new crop of LIE-berals IS ANY DIFFERENT then the OLD CROP under Wynne-bag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LIE-berals SIMPLY AINT THAT INVENTIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Federal NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh is basking in the limelight.
Appearing on CTV’s The Social, Singh and the hosts talked about Rihanna’s workout routine as the singer prepares for the release of her newest album before the conversation abruptly turned to how Singh not only got a follow back from the music superstar on Instagram but also how he has direct messaged her.
One of the hosts on The Social asked about Singh’s reaction when he found out Rihanna was following him on Instagram.
“I get a call from my wife, and she goes ‘RiRi is following you’ and she screams into the phone,” he said.
Singh downplayed the event responding to his wife by saying the event was “cool” and “awesome”.
But Singh’s wife told him: “No, this is the best day of my life.”
Recounting the story further, Singh went on to say at the time he thought to himself: “Better than our wedding day?”
His wife apparently read his thoughts as Singh said his wife told him emphatically: “Better than our wedding day.”
“She was really excited for us, for her, for me, I think it was a cute thing,” Singh said.
Singh revealed he had already been following the Umbrella hitmaker and after receiving the follow back from her, said he had direct messaged Rihanna.
He remained tight-lipped about what he wrote to Rihanna only saying: “I thanked her and I was honoured for the follow and then she responded to that.”
Meanwhile, the Prime Minister hopeful also talked about what he has done to prepare physically for the rigour of the cross country election campaign.

I guess we can take comfort in the fact that both LIE-berals and their idiot NDP cousins...........................

DO NOT expect that Singh will ever be P.M!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jagmeet will always have Our idiot Boy running ahead of him and showing the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LIE-berals are quite happy to have NDP support if needed..............................

SINGH SOARS: NDP leader's approval rating rises, Trudeau has highest disapproval rating: Poll
Aidan Wallace
Published:
October 10, 2019
Updated:
October 10, 2019 6:25 PM EDT
NDP leader Jagmeet Singh’s rising approval ratings are on the verge of threatening the Liberals in key battleground provinces, a new online national public opinion poll from Campaign Research suggests.
“Jagmeet Singh has caught fire!” Nick Kouvalis, principal of Campaign Research Inc., said in a release.
“He is on a trajectory to become the leader on the question of ‘who would make the best prime minister’ and no one knows, with any certainty, where or how far this could go at this point.”
“With 11 days left in the campaign, it is not out of the question that Jagmeet Singh and the NDP could again switch places with the Liberal Party of Canada as they did in 2011,” Kouvalis said.
“No one wants to be first to say Prime Minister Singh, but he may end up being the No. 1 choice for a plurality of Canadians in short order,” he said.
The online poll of 3,147 Canadians measured the change over the course of the election campaign in the job approval-disapproval ratings for all federal party leaders as well as who respondents thought would make the best prime minister.
The poll results suggest Jagmeet Singh is outperforming the other leaders with the best job approval rating of 49%.
Singh’s job disapproval rating is also the lowest of the leaders, sitting at 22%.
Respondents were also asked who would be the best prime minister.
One graph shows Singh with the largest jump, rising 5% in the eight days between Oct. 2-10 for a total of 15%.
All other leaders have experienced a dip during the same time period.
The results are indicative of the rise in popularity Singh has experienced, particularly since the English leaders’ debate.
The NDP leader’s approval ratings are high across the country, especially so in the battleground provinces of Ontario (52% approve of Singh) and British Columbia (57% approval), putting the Liberals back on their heels in those regions.
Meanwhile, Trudeau’s job disapproval rating is significantly higher than other leaders in Saskatchewan and Alberta.
Of the respondents, 67% and 72% disapproved of the job the scandal-ridden Liberal leader has done in Saskatchewan and Alberta, respectively.
Overall though, Trudeau’s job disapproval rating has remained steady at 54%, the highest of all the candidates with Scheer close behind at 53%.
LILLEY: Trudeau loses another pop culture moment
GOLDSTEIN: Singh's a rock star, but will it save the NDP?
FATAH: Jagmeet Singh won the debate - and now he has my vote
Results suggest Scheer’s job approval rating was hurting in Quebec where 61% of respondents said they disapprove of the job he is doing as the Conservative leader.
The poll also suggests Singh is benefiting from positive approval ratings from men and women across all age categories.
This study was conducted between Oct. 8 and Oct. 10 and has an estimated margin of error (which measures sampling variability) of +/- 1.75%, 19 times out of 20.

Canada's Liberal party considers decriminalization of all illicit drugs
This article is more than 1 year old

The push towards decriminalization comes as the opioid crisis continues to claim thousands of lives on both sides of the 49th parallel

With months left before Canada becomes the first country in the G7 to fully legalize marijuana, members of the country’s Liberal party, led federally by Justin Trudeau, are calling on their government to go one step further and decriminalize the possession and consumption of all illicit drugs.

The internal push to embrace the idea is one of more than two dozen resolutions set to be debated this week as the political party gathers for their national convention in the east coast city of Halifax. The resolution is one of three put forward by the national caucus, suggesting widespread support among Liberal Mps.

(Other news reports indicate that THERE IS wide spread support - within the LIE-beral party for legalizing possession of hard drugs like Heroin and Amphetamines!! However it is Our idiot Boy Justin who opposes such legalization!! We may ask if his objection is on some moral grounds? Or if he is worried about a public backlash due to the number of complaints made about “safe injection sites”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

(In all Cdn cities the same problems of crime and filth and public prostitution and other issues keep coming up!! Cdns DO NOT WANT MORE ADDICTS in their neighbourhoods!! The situation is SO BAD that some municipal leaders who have strongly supported safe injection sites may find it HARD to get re-elected!!!!!!!!!!)

“It’s one of the few issues where we’re taught from a young age, that drugs are bad and that it’s normal to throw people in jail for using drugs,” said Nathaniel Erskine-Smith, a Liberal MP who has championed decriminalisation since he was elected in 2015.

“Yet when you actually start looking underneath those claims and at the actual evidence and hear from people who have study or lived this issue, this isn’t the right approach.”

(And yet the existing harm reduction effort is a disgusting FAILURE!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Framing drug use as a criminal justice issue rather than one of health has simply served to fuel a lucrative black market, divert resources from law enforcement and marginalise those who are often already on the margins of society, he argued.

(Hard drug use should remain as both a criminal issue AND a mental health issue - since only a LOON would start using Heroin or other Opiods!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

The push towards decriminalisation comes as the opioid crisis continues to claim thousands of lives on both sides of the 49th parallel. An estimated 4,000 Canadians died last year due to opioids, according to the Public Health Agency of Canada – more than the number of Canadians who died due to motor vehicle accidents and homicides combined.

In British Columbia, the western Canadian province where officials declared the opioid crisis a public health emergency in 2016, an average of four people die of overdoses each day.

(So the B.C. action has DONE NOTHING to stem the tide of Opiod deaths!!!!!!!!)

The federal Liberal government has taken steps to address the crisis, expediting the approval of supervised injection sites and permitting physicians to prescribe heroin in cases of severe addiction. These are important steps, said Erskine-Smith. “But obviously if we want to save lives we need to do more.”

That could mean adopting an idea that is gaining steam across Canada as the number of opioid deaths continue to swell. Earlier this year, Canada’s New Democratic Party became the first major political party in Canada to officially champion the idea.

(Average Cdns ARE NOT ON BOARD with legalizing hard drug use!! In opposing such legalization - Our idiot Boy is FINALLY aligned with the general public on this ONE ISSUE!! But who can say if Our idiot Boy will REVERSE himself later - either to buy votes from civil service poverty pimps or to curry favour within his own party??????????????????????????)

Weeks later the city of Vancouver recommended that the federal government immediately decriminalise personal possession of illicit drugs. “We are witnessing a horrific and preventable loss of life as a poisoned drug supply continues to kill our neighbours, friends and family,” Gregor Robertson, Vancouver’s mayor, said in a statement.

(One might think that watching friends DIE in the gutter from bad drugs might give some people pause for thought?? But such is the mental state of addicts that they DO NOT seek aid to reduce their dependency on that which is killing them!! And sadly even when aid is offered - the failure rate is VERY HIGH!! Such is the seductive lure of drugs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

(And LIE-berals feed this mental illness by offering safe injection sites!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Their stance is backed by prominent organizations, from the Global Commission on Drug Policy to the World Health Organization. Many of them point to the experience of Portugal, which in 2001 did away with criminal penalties for simple possession and consumption of illicit drugs.

The move was coupled with an expansion of treatment and harm reduction services such as safe injection sites. In Portugal, those caught with drugs appear before dissuasion commissions, which can refer people to treatment or impose monetary fines. Portugal’s radical drugs policy is working. Why hasn’t the world copied it?

(And WHO SAYS IT IS WORKING?? Portugal is a bankrupt economic MESS!! The country is so broke that Portuguese construction workers SNEAK INTO Canada to get work in various industries- especially housing industry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

(The E.U. tax sneaks use Fake papers to access Cdn schools - for their kids and Cdn health care - but DO NOT pay for any of the services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

(And of course they STEAL JOBS from Cdns!! The Cdn worker pays the FULL FREIGHT of LIE-beral taxes- including the approximately 40 percent pay levy for Workmans Compensation!! Yes- for every dollar that a legit tradesman is paid- another FORTY PERCENT is charged to the employer for Workers Comp!! Then there is the Ontari-owe Health Levy that Euro trash also avoid -meaning our health care system is STARVED of worker contributions by tax cheats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Statistics suggest the approach is working; Portugal has seen dramatic drops in overdose deaths, HIV infection rates and drug-related crimes, while the number of drug users seeking treatment has increased.

(A portion of the Cdn public sees overdose deaths as a USEFUL TOOL - for SCARING potential future addicts straight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

(And there is another consideration - lowering crime and HIV infection rates is good - but is creating a huge new underclass of USELESS DRUG ADDICTED PARASITES good for society?? What can an addict do with his life- who finally chooses to get clean and sober?????????????????????)

(IN Canada an addict who is taking Methadone to curb addictions will face MANY restrictions on jobs!! Such a person may not legally operate machinery like cars or forklifts so many industrial jobs are OUT!! And the addict who gets started early in life will often NOT finish their education and will thus end up as ill educated and UNEMPLOYABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

(What kind of existence is that? To be old and ignorant and living on welfare because NOBODY will trust you to stay SOBER?? Very few employers will trust an ex addict with any sort of sophisticated and well paid job!! Becoming an addict is a LIFE SENTENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Should the Liberals approve their resolution this week, decriminalisation would be backed by two of Canada’s three major parties. But even so, there is little guarantee that the idea will make its way into the Liberal platform in the upcoming 2019 federal election. Trudeau, who leads the party, has repeatedly said his government is not considering legalising any other drugs besides marijuana.

(Quite recently our always truth challenged LIE-berals DENIED they had ever considered any of this drug legalization stuff!! Ho-Hum - MORE LIE-beral Fake News!! With the LIE-beral option of reconsidering the issue AFTER the election is safely past!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

The BQ is not going to team up with the Conservatives. They have the same regard for the economy as the NDP, which is none. They will join the Liberals, pushing for more drastic climate change policies and wanting to ban Alberta oil.

The BQ is not going to team up with the Conservatives. They have the same regard for the economy as the NDP, which is none. They will join the Liberals, pushing for more drastic climate change policies and wanting to ban Alberta oil.
The Bloc will support which ever party gives the most to Quebec . Remember the Quebec dairy lobby bought Sheer’s nomination .

Whoever wins the election will have to have the support of the NDP and/or the greens and/or the Bloc.
The rising strength of the Bloc means there might be someone who will team up with the conservatives. The Cons and the Bloc have about the same regard for the country.
Dippers and greens want to destroy Canada. Voting left is voting to destroy the country.

Conservatives here say they want the west to separate if Trudeau gets elected. It’s obvious who wants to destroy Canada
